We offer full refunds, exchanges or discount for all purchases within 30 days of purchase.
We have a 30-day return policy for any quality issues, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving the product to resolve the quality issue!
What kind of orders support return/exchange:
- Wrong product received.
- Product received has quality issues.
- Product lost or damaged during transportation.
What kind of orders do not support return/exchange:
- Customized products
- Specially marked/reminded in the product information
The returned goods must:
- No signs of wear or man-made damage.
- The product remains in its original condition.
- The threading status is the same as when it was shipped.
Return process
Our packages are usually packed in transparent plastic bags and sealed with label stickers. You can use the plastic bag to fully observe whether the product is intact or has no quality problems. Please do not tear off the label before confirming that there is no problem with the product.
If you find any problems with the product, please contact us at info@gretapearls.com and attach pictures of the product and your purchase order information.
Our service team usually gets in touch with you within 1-2 working days.
If your return is accepted, we will send you some return details for shipping.
Please provide us with the tracking information of the package after sending the return goods.
We will complete the refund within 2-3 working days after receiving the return package.
Note:
- If your return amount is high, please insure the goods. We are not responsible for the loss of the return order.
- After we send the refund, it may take longer for you to get it in your bank card. This is because the bank needs processing time. If you have not received the refund for more than 1 week, please contact us.
- Please contact us before returning/exchanging goods. We do not accept packages without prior notice.
Return/Exchange Fees
- You will be able to return or exchange your order free of charge within 7 days of receiving the goods and before the sealing label of the package is torn.
- If the goods are received for more than seven days , the sealing label of the package is torn ,or return request due to non-quality reasons, we will charge a return fee of 10% of the order amount.
- For return/exchange orders caused by quality problems, the shipping costs will be borne by us.
- If you return/exchange the product for personal reasons, such as not liking the shape of the pearls, you will need to bear the shipping costs of the order.
Note: Due to the characteristics of natural pearls, the presence of textures or wrinkles on the surface, or inconsistent shapes and colors are not considered quality issues.
